This application made my year! Easy to use and exactly what I needed — emails archived en masse to pdf, with its original metadata, in an organized fashion, with all the accompanying email message attachments. This app literally saved weeks of work (and my wrist)! I searched for a program like this and this is the only solid looking one I could find that didn’t require me to first transfer my Mail to an Outlook-type product. Most emails I’m transferring are from a gmail mailbox on my mac. Worth every single penny even though it’s on the higher side, price wise, for an app. Slick, slick, slick!!

I really liked the idea of having pdf archives of all my email so that they would be easy to view without having to import them back into the mail app. In the end, the interface is really not very user friendly. Once I did figure out how to start archiving, I was very disappointed to find out that the email folder architecture completely disappeared even though I had read on their website that this would carry over. All in all a very disappointing experience. I am back to using regular email archive options with the mail app but just wasted $35.

I should have read the 1 review, now you have 2 to read. Dont buy it. Sounds great, waste of time and not what you think.

Email Archiver Pro is easy to use, but archives only some email: it archived only about 70% of my emails and ignored some folders entirely.

I dont write many reviews. (And I’m not connected with this company.) But this app is fabulous. It took 3 data points of simple entry per email account and it asked me where I wanted the archive stored. Then it went to work. After 8 hours, more than 8 Gig of email from 3 accounts for the last 3 years (Including attachments) were all converted to pdfs and arranged in the same hierarchy as my email account folders, but also subcatorgorized by year! No hiccups, no glitches, just wonderful. Before I purchased it, the app looked unreasonably expensive, but after what I saw it accomplish in such little time, It is a bargain, and worth every dime.

I read through what this program is supposed to do. Spent my $35.00 only to discover that this program actually can’t do what it proposed to do. I have 3 Gmail accounts. This progam was unable to achive any of my emails before crashing. In fact it crashed repeatedly. Not sure that paying $35.00 was worth it to simply watch struggle and crash. If I could get my money back, I would. And if you’re a business owner or other looking for a way to archive your emails, look elsewhere. This is a high price to pay just to watch a product sputter and fail.
